- Return requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Under no circumstances, we will honor any return request beyond that time period.
- Returns are only accepted if the package is damaged.
- For all returns, the product must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact.
- Return shipment will be picked up within 7-14 days of return request approval.

- In certain circumstances, you may be asked to drop off the return parcel at the nearest courier center.
- If you decide not to keep the product for any reason ( Without opening the parcel), you will be charged for forward and return courier charges
- If you don’t take delivery of COD orders for any unethical reasons, you will not be allowed to place any COD order in the future on RiansCart.
- Order can be canceled only when the order status is “Processing“
- A 100% refund will be credited within 7-14 business days for canceled orders.
- If the cancellation request is sent after the product is shipped, then the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom-Make products cannot be canceled.
- All orders can be canceled by clicking the “Cancel” button in the “My Account” section.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- For COD orders, refunds are offered as store credit.
- For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the same account through which you paid for the order.
- The actual refund amount may be less than the order amount depending on whether you are charged for shipping or not.
